3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription Terms: Our Services are offered on a subscription basis, with options for monthly plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees specified during the registration process.

  • Payment: Payment must be made in advance for each billing period. By providing payment information, you authorize Starfire Innovations, LLC to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

  • Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting customer support. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.

  • Termination by Starfire Innovations, LLC: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

6. Refund and Dispute Policy

Starfire Innovations, LLC does not offer refunds for subscription fees once they are charged. If you have concerns about billing or believe there has been an error, please contact customer support, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes.

7. Use of Services

  • License: Starfire Innovations, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business use.

  • Restrictions: You may not:

    • Reproduce, distribute, or modify the Services without written permission.

    • Use the Services for any unlawful or harmful activities.

    • Extract data from our app manually or through automated data collection processes such as web scraping.

    • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from our app.

  • Content Ownership: All content generated by the Services remains the property of Starfire Innovations, LLC. Users may access content for personal or internal business use.

  • Accuracy: While Starfire Innovations, LLC makes every effort to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of transcriptions, summaries, and other content, the Services may contain errors. Content shall not be relied upon as legal advice or used to make legal, business, political, or other decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starfire Innovations, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.
